Aventure Aviation has acquired Atlanta Aviation International, an FAA-certified repair station based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Founded in 1994, Atlanta Aviation International is a well-established MRO provider specialising in aircraft interior refurbishment for commercial, business, general aviation, rotorcraft and military aircraft.
Over the past three decades, the company has built a substantial domestic and international customer base, which will further complement Aventure Aviation’s existing client portfolio.
The acquisition also includes the relocation of the Atlanta facility. The operation will be integrated into Aventure’s campus in Peachtree City, Georgia, which features a newly built 70,000 ft² state-of-the-art warehouse.
Together, Aventure Aviation and Atlanta Aviation International will create a more diversified portfolio and operational synergies, enabling both companies to expand their capabilities globally and offer additional services while pursuing new opportunities in the aftermarket and MRO sectors.
Combining more than 55 years of aviation industry experience, the partnership will strengthen sales and customer support capabilities while also providing aircraft owners with enhanced options for refurbished aircraft interiors.
Atlanta Aviation International President Mike Thatch and his team will remain in their roles, ensuring a seamless transition to the new location while continuing to deliver the high standards of service for which the company is known.
