Daher has announced a strengthened executive leadership structure, with the creation of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role alongside Executive Deputy CEO Aymeric Daher, reinforcing the Group’s focus on leadership continuity and complementary expertise.
Daher’s Board of Directors, chaired by Thibault Scaramanga, has appointed Michel Denis as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1. Denis, a graduate of École Centrale de Lyon and ESSEC Business School, brings extensive industrial and leadership experience. He currently serves as CEO of Manitou Group, the family-owned materials handling equipment manufacturer.
According to Scaramanga, Denis’ expertise in industrial transformation and family-owned businesses will bring valuable insight to Daher’s Executive Committee. Working alongside Aymeric Daher, he is expected to help drive the Group’s long-term growth and development.
Denis said he was honoured by the Board’s confidence and highlighted Daher’s global presence, strong family heritage, long-term vision and market leadership as key strengths. He pledged to build on this legacy and support the company’s continued success.
Until Denis takes up the role, Scaramanga will remain Interim CEO, working closely with Aymeric Daher and the Executive Committee to ensure a smooth transition.
