Azorra has completed the acquisition of 13 Embraer E190 aircraft and 36 General Electric CF34-10E6 engines from JetBlue, further strengthening its aircraft and engine portfolio.
Following the signing of the purchase agreement in July 2025, the lessor has begun placing the aircraft and engines with customers worldwide as it continues to expand its global presence.
Azorra said the transaction reflects its strategy of investing in high-quality aviation assets while providing flexible solutions for airline customers. The company also sees growing demand for serviceable spare engines as airlines continue to face engine shortages and maintenance delays.
