Setna iO has completed the acquisition of an Airbus A320neo, previously operated by Spirit Airlines, marking the company’s first A320neo purchase for teardown in the United States.
The aircraft will be dismantled at AerSale’s facility in Goodyear, Arizona, further expanding Setna iO’s next-generation narrow-body teardown programme.
Recovered components will be processed through Setna iO’s integrated repair network, including Zulu Global, Landing Gear Technologies (LGT), Setnix, SETNA Parts Lab and a network of trusted MRO partners. The resulting used serviceable material (USM) and repaired components will support operators, lessors and MROs worldwide.

And with J&C Aero now part of the group, we can offer enhanced support for aircraft interiors, seats and other cabin components, sourced directly from these modern A320neo aircraft, broadening the range of product lines we can support.”
