Boeing has signed offset implementation agreements with Poland’s Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 1 (WZL-1) and Military Central Bureau of Design and Technology (WCBKT) to establish domestic support capabilities for the country’s AH-64E Apache fleet.

Under the agreements, Boeing will support WZL-1 in developing maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities for the Polish Armed Forces’ Apaches. The Łódź-based facility will carry out organisational- and intermediate-level inspections and repairs, as well as selected depot-level component repairs.

Boeing and WCBKT will also evaluate selected Polish-developed ground support equipment for potential use with the AH-64E. The assessment will examine how WCBKT’s engineering solutions could be incorporated into Poland’s longer-term Apache sustainment programme.

Boeing will provide technical expertise, resources and training to personnel at WZL-1 and WCBKT as part of the agreements, supporting the fleet’s operational readiness and future modernisation.

The agreements were signed at WZL-1’s facility in Łódź in the presence of representatives from Poland’s Ministry of National Defence, government and armed forces.
