Ibom Air has taken delivery of its third Airbus A220-300, registered 5N-CDC, as part of its fleet modernisation and expansion programme. The aircraft was formally handed over at Airbus’s A220 final assembly facility in Mirabel, Canada, following the signing of the transfer of title documents by Ibom Air Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer George Uriesi.

Ibom Air placed a firm order for 10 Airbus A220-300 aircraft at the 2021 Dubai Airshow. The latest arrival is the second aircraft delivered under that agreement, following the airline’s first factory-new A220 in 2023. Ibom Air also purchased a further A220-300 outright in 2024.
