Avora Aviation, Fly2Sky, MX Technic and Avora Aviation Academy have been consolidated as business units of Avora Group, creating an integrated aviation platform spanning aircraft leasing, airline capacity, technical services and training.
The group’s businesses include Avora Aviation, focused on aircraft leasing, trading and asset management; Fly2Sky, an EASA-certified airline providing capacity solutions; MX Technic, an EASA Part-145 maintenance and CAMO services provider; and Avora Aviation Academy, which provides crew and technical training and plans to expand into flight training.
Avora Group said the consolidation reflects the development of the businesses and creates a platform capable of providing airlines with a broader range of services.
The group’s strategy is centred on integrating the units’ existing capabilities across aircraft assets, airline operations, technical services and training.
Airline customers will be able to combine Fly2Sky’s operating capacity with Avora Aviation’s leasing, asset management and aircraft trading services, alongside MX Technic’s maintenance capabilities and Avora Aviation Academy’s training services.
The group aims to support airlines across different stages of their fleet and capacity requirements, from short-term and seasonal capacity to longer-term aircraft solutions, while providing training aligned with their fleets.
Each business will retain its existing brand and focus while drawing on Avora Group’s combined infrastructure, capital, expertise and operational capabilities.
