StandardAero’s facility in Augusta, Georgia, has been added to the Rolls-Royce Authorised Service Centre (ASC) network, expanding on-site line maintenance support for the Tay 611-8/8C and BR710 A1/C4 engine series.
The authorisation allows operators of Tay- and BR710-powered Gulfstream G300, G400, GIV, GIV-SP, G350, G450, GV, G500 and G550 aircraft covered by a Rolls-Royce CorporateCare® contract to access on-site engine line maintenance at Augusta. Services include inspections, troubleshooting, and engine removal and replacement, either independently of or alongside scheduled airframe maintenance.
“Adding Augusta to the Rolls-Royce network of authorised service centres is a natural extension of the investment we’ve made in the facility over the past year,” said Giovanni Spitale, President of StandardAero Business Aviation. He added that CorporateCare customers would receive the same level of support available at the company’s airframe service centres in Springfield, Illinois, and Van Nuys, California.
StandardAero’s support for Rolls-Royce CorporateCare customers now spans three US locations. Augusta provides line maintenance for the Tay 611-8/8C and BR710 A1/C4; Springfield supports the Tay 611-8/8C; and Van Nuys covers the Tay 611-8/8C, BR710 A1/A2/C4 and BR725 A1-12.
The expansion strengthens Rolls-Royce’s regional service coverage as its CorporateCare customer base grows.
