Heston Materials has secured an initial US$20m revolving credit facility from volofin Capital Management to finance aviation asset acquisitions and expand its capabilities across the aviation aftermarket.
The facility will provide additional funding capacity to support portfolio growth and the company’s broader expansion plans.
“Securing this financing is an important milestone for Heston Materials,” said Chief Executive Kestutis Volungevicius. “It gives us greater scope to pursue strategic opportunities, expand our portfolio and respond to the evolving needs of our customers.”
Chief Financial Officer Petras Akstinas said the revolving structure would allow the company to access capital as opportunities arose, while maintaining a disciplined approach to funding and capital allocation.
“In aviation asset trading, the ability to act at the right time can be a significant commercial advantage,” he said.
The agreement provides Heston Materials with greater financial flexibility as it pursues further opportunities in the aviation market.
