BOC Aviation places six Boeing 737-800 aircraft with China Airlines

BOC Aviation has placed six Boeing 737-800 aircraft with China Airlines, adding a new customer to its portfolio. Robert Martin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BOC Aviation, said, “The addition of China Airlines to our list of customers demonstrates the continued demand for new aircraft in the Asia Pacific region, which is a key driver of the Company’s growth. We are pleased to support China Airlines as it continuously renews its fleet with the Boeing 737-800 to meet its customers’ demands for fuel-efficient and reliable aircraft.” Founded in 1959, China Airlines employs more than 12,000 people worldwide and operates a fleet of 107 aircraft, making it the largest airline by size and frequency of service in Taiwan.
