Aviall extends distribution agreement for Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 parts

Aviall has extended its exclusive worldwide distribution agreement with Rolls-Royce to provide spare parts product support for Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines. The global agreement, which extends to December 31, 2026, includes Aviall’s distribution of M250 and RR300 spare parts, exchange material and modules and electronic publications along with the newly-added approval to sell new and used engines. Under this agreement, Aviall will also continue its responsibility for parts sales and marketing, forecasting, inventory, order fulfillment and supply-chain administration.
