GMT Global Republic Aviation acquires one Airbus A319 aircraft

GMT Global Republic Aviation (GMT Global) has completed the acquisition of one Airbus A319‐100 aircraft, on lease to
American Airlines. ”GMT is pleased to add this aircraft to our portfolio” said Randy Dietrich, CEO of GMT Global
and Republic Financial Corporation. “The A319 has established itself as an integral part of the single‐aisle market and is operated today by over 100 airlines around the world. We also look forward to further developing our relationship with American Airlines over the coming years.”
