Qantas takes delivery of second A380

Qantas took delivery of its second A380 aircraft in Toulouse, France. The aircraft will arrive in Sydney in the morning of December 17, and begin operating services between Melbourne and Los Angeles and Sydney and Los Angeles from December 22. Qantas’ third aircraft is scheduled to be delivered on December 27. Its arrival will allow the airline to commence A380 services between Sydney and London via Singapore on January 16, 2009.
