Avianca, the flag carrier of Colombia, has awarded BAE Systems Asset Management an exclusive mandate to remarket eight Boeing MD 83 airliners. The eight Avianca aircraft were all built between 1989 and 1992 and all have Pratt & Whitney JT8D-219 engines.
BAE Systems Asset Management has also won an exclusive mandate from Avianca for the remarketing of a Boeing 767-300ER wide body airliner. The aircraft, which was built in 1992, bears manufacturers serial number 25287 and is powered by twin Pratt & Whitney 4060 engines.
