Name plate of Tianjin Aviation unveiled

An unveiling ceremony held in Binhai New District of Tianjin on June 6, 2009 marked the official founding of Tianjin Aviation Ltd, a joint venture between HNA Group, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone and Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd. The registered capital of Tianjin Aviation is RMB 1.3 billion, of which HNA Group contributed RMB 1.081 billion, accounting for 83.15% of the registered capital, Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd contributed RMB 19 million, accounting for 1.47% of the registered capital, and Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone contributed RMB 200 million, accounting for 15.38% of the registered capital. Both the headquarters and the operating base of Tianjin Aviation are at Tianjin Binhai International Airport. Its business scope covers domestic sub-line air services for passengers and freight.
