Lufthansa seats three on Board of Directors of SN Airholding SA/NV

Wolfgang Mayrhuber, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Stefan Lauer, CEO Group Airlines and Corporate Human Resources at Deutsche Lufthansa AG and Thierry Antinori, Member of the Lufthansa German Airlines Board Marketing & Sales, have been appointed with immediate effect to the Board of Directors of SN Airholding SA/NV. The Board of the parent company of Brussels Airlines has ten members.
