SAA names Marc Cavaliere Sr. Vice President – Global Sales Development

South African Airways (SAA) reported that Marc Cavaliere, executive vice president for North America, has been named as senior vice president, global sales development, effective immediately. In this newly created position, Cavaliere will oversee several departments within SAA’s commercial division including airline alliances, e-commerce, sales planning, distribution, customer call centers and regulatory affairs. Cavaliere will now be based at South African Airways’ headquarters in Johannesburg.
