Italian and Spanish join efforts on biofuel testing and certification

The Italian and Spanish national Civil Aviation Authorities, Ente Nazionale per l’Aviazione Civile (ENAC) and Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea (AESA) together with Servicios y Estudios para Navegación Aérea y la Seguridad Aeronáutica (SENASA) signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a joint initiative supporting use and the sustainable production of new alternative fuels for aviation from renewable energy sources.  The mission focuses on the certification and testing of the fuels.
