SkyWorks Holdings has released transactions and activities performed during the third-quarter of 2020. Leasing and Asset Management Group activities included the completion and repossession of 17 aircraft, including 11 A321-200s, four 787-9s and two A350-900s on behalf of a group of bondholders in the LATAM 2015-1 EETC.
On behalf of a U.S.-based financial institution, SkyWorks has managed the lease return of two DHC8-300s from Jazz Aviation and the subsequent sale to a U.S. investor. On behalf of a Middle Eastern-based leasing company, SkyWorks arranged the sale of one A321 on lease to British Airways to an Ireland-based lessor and arranged the sale of three A300F4-605R aircraft on behalf of a US-based investor.
Furthermore SkyWorks continues to work with Copa Airlines on the sale of up to 20 737-700/800 aircraft.
