Embraer delivered 91 aircraft in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking an improvement on both the third quarter of 2025 and the fourth quarter of 2024, when 62 and 75 aircraft were delivered, respectively.
During the quarter, Embraer delivered 32 new commercial aircraft, including 15 E195-E2 jets, the largest aircraft currently produced by the company in this segment. Commercial Aviation outperformed both 3Q25 and 4Q24, which recorded 20 and 31 deliveries, respectively. For the full year 2025, the Commercial Aviation division delivered 78 aircraft, in line with its annual guidance of 77 to 85 units.
Embraer Executive Jets recorded 53 deliveries in 4Q25, compared with 41 in 3Q25 and 44 in 4Q24. The standout performer was the Phenom 300, the fastest light jet in production and the market leader for 13 consecutive years, with 23 aircraft delivered during the quarter. In 2025, Executive Aviation delivered 155 aircraft, reaching the upper end of its full-year guidance of 145 to 155 units.
In the Defense & Security segment, Embraer delivered two KC-390 Millennium multi-mission military transport aircraft and four A-29 Super Tucano aircraft during the quarter.
Across all business units, Embraer delivered a total of 244 aircraft in 2025, exceeding the 206 units delivered in the previous year.
