HAECO has appointed Haijun Jiang as General Manager of HAECO Composite Services, with immediate effect.
In his new role, Jiang will lead HAECO Composite Services, overseeing its strategic direction and business growth. He will be responsible for driving operational performance and profitability, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Jiang brings more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including over 15 years in commercial and operational leadership roles with full P&L responsibility, as well as serving as a Part 145 Accountable Manager. Prior to joining HAECO, he was Regional Business Director at Parker Hannifin, where he played a key role in business development and joint venture initiatives across Mainland China. Earlier in his career, he held management positions at Honeywell and began his professional career at Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Jiang holds an MBA from Tongji University and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Beihang University.
HAECO Composite Services is a provider of end-to-end aircraft maintenance and engineering solutions and is recognised for its extensive composite repair capabilities, covering engine nacelles, flight control surfaces and radomes across multiple aircraft types. Based in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, the company is a strategic partner of Airbus Avionics and an Authorised Component Repair Centre (Asia Pacific) for Bombardier Aerospace, Boeing Global Services and Safran Nacelles.
