Avia Solutions Group has appointed Zilvinas Lapinskas as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 7, to lead the next phase of the company’s global expansion.
Lapinskas brings extensive international aviation experience and a strong track record of scaling businesses in highly regulated markets. As CEO of FL Technics Group, he transformed the company from a European MRO provider into a global operation serving Tier 1 airlines across multiple continents. He will remain a member of Avia Solutions Group’s Board of Directors and continue leading FL Technics until the end of July, when his successor will be announced.
After nearly nine years as CEO, Jonas Janukenas will transition to the role of Chief Financial Officer, where he will focus on capital allocation, financial strategy and supporting the Group’s long-term growth plans.
