Ryanair has signed a five-year partnership with Google Cloud that will see the airline roll out Google Workspace and Google Cloud services to its 35,000 employees.
The agreement forms part of Ryanair’s technology strategy as it targets growth to 300 million passengers a year by 2034. The deployment will include Gemini Enterprise, Google Cloud’s agentic AI platform, which Ryanair plans to use to automate decision-making, streamline flight crew logistics and improve corporate productivity.
The partnership will also support Ryanair’s new dual-cloud strategy, aimed at strengthening the resilience of its IT infrastructure as the airline expands.
Ryanair CEO Eddie Wilson said the carrier needed technology partners capable of supporting its growth while maintaining its focus on efficiency. He said the deployment of Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace would help drive further efficiencies across the business while improving infrastructure resilience.
