EGYPTAIR Maintenance & Engineering has expanded an agreement with Boeing to deploy its Airplane Health Management (AHM) solution across EGYPTAIR‘s growing Boeing 737 MAX fleet, the companies announced at the 2026 El-Alamein International Airshow.

The agreement was signed by Mohamed Samy, Chairman and Chief Executive of EGYPTAIR Maintenance & Engineering, and Dave McKenna, Boeing Global Services’ Regional Managing Director of Sales for the Middle East and Africa. It was witnessed by Ahmed Adel, Chairman and Chief Executive of EGYPTAIR Holding.

The AHM system provides continuous, real-time monitoring of aircraft conditions and predictive data aimed at reducing unscheduled delays, improving parts planning and streamlining maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations.

The deployment builds on EGYPTAIR’s existing use of AHM across its Boeing 787 and 777 fleets as the airline expands its 737-8 fleet to 18 aircraft.
