Dublin-based aircraft maintenance provider Altitude Engineering (Altitude) has signed a long-term agreement with Xiamen Air to provide scheduled line maintenance services for the carrier’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner operations at London Heathrow Airport.
The contract covers scheduled flight operations beginning in September 2026.
Under the agreement, Altitude will carry out routine line maintenance checks and defect rectification for Xiamen Air’s 787 fleet as the carrier launches a new route between London and Xiamen.
Altitude has expanded its presence as an independent line maintenance provider in Europe, operating at major airports and supporting international passenger and cargo carriers with maintenance services for wide-body and narrow-body aircraft.
Its Heathrow operation has also grown in recent years, supported by demand from short- and long-haul operators seeking technical support at the international hub.
