Pan Am Flight Academy has partnered with Professional Pilots of Tomorrow (PPOT) to support aspiring airline pilots through mentorship, training resources and industry connections.

The partnership, highlighted through the NEXTGEN Pilot Programme, aims to broaden access to professional development opportunities and help pilots progress towards airline careers.

As part of the agreement, PPOT members will be eligible for exclusive member rates on Pan Am Flight Academy’s Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training Programme (ATP-CTP), offering discounted access to training for the next stage of their careers.

“Pan Am sees first-hand how important access to the right training, guidance and industry connections is for aspiring pilots,” Federico Flores Navarro
Chief Commercial Officer, Pan Am Flight Academy said. “This partnership with Professional Pilots of Tomorrow is about helping pilots take the next step in their careers. We want to make professional airline training more accessible while strengthening links between the next generation of pilots and the aviation industry.”
