AAR appoints Timothy J. Romenesko Vice Chairman

AAR appoints  Timothy J. Romenesko as Vice Chairman. Romenesko will also continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer of the Expeditionary Services segment at AAR, which is comprised of Airlift and Mobility Systems, and as strategic advisor to the chairman and CEO. This change is part of AAR’s strategic positioning initiative following the successful sale of the Company’s cargo businesses, in which Romenesko played a critical role.
