Amaszonas signs ABACUS contract with Fokker for fleet of Bombardier CRJ200

Fokker Technologies, a division of GKN Aerospace and Amaszonas, located in Bolivia, has entered into a five year ABACUS program for its fleet of CRJ200 aircraft. As part of this support program, Fokker will exchange and repair all rotable components of Amaszonas’ CRJ200 fleet on a ‘Power-by-the-hour’ base. In 2015 Fokker extended their comprehensive rotable components support program ‘ABACUS’ by adding the Bombardier CRJ aircraft family and signing Air Nostrum as launch customer. Amaszonas is now the second CRJ customer to sign up for this program.
