Boeing and Royal Air Maroc announced the firm-order agreement for four 787 Dreamliners with an option for the purchase of one additional airplane. AIR CHINA will lease three (3) new Boeing B737-800 aircraft from ILFC. The aircraft, MSN 29373, 29374 and 30716 will be powered by CFM56-7B26 engines and are scheduled to deliver in January, February and March 2007. The lease terms are for 7 years each.

AEGEAN AIRLINES, based in Athens, Greece will lease three (3) new Airbus A320-200 aircraft from ILFC. The aircraft will be powered by V2527-A5 engines and are scheduled to deliver in February and March 2007. The lease terms are for 6 years each.

Finnair announced to acquire 12 new Airbus wide-bodied aircraft, as it modernises its long-haul fleet. Of the aircraft, nine are A350s and three are A340s. The A340 aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2007-08. The Airbus A350 will join the Finnair fleet in 2011. The value of the order is over one billion euros. The

China Aviation Supplies Import and Export Group (CASGC) signed a General Terms Agreement (GTA) with Airbus for the purchase of 150 A320 family aircraft. CASGC President Li Hai and Airbus President and CEO Gustav Humbert signed the GTA in Paris in the presence of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin.
