Air Lease Corporation announced the placement of one new ATR 72-600 aircraft on long term lease with Antigua-based LIAT (Leeward Islands Air Transport). The aircraft is from ALC’s order book with ATR and is scheduled to deliver in the third quarter of 2016.

Air Lease Corporation announced lease agreements with Siam Air Transport (Thailand) for two used Boeing 737-800 aircraft. These aircraft will deliver in the fourth quarter of 2015. Founded in 2013, Siam Air Transport is based at Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport. They currently operate two Boeing 737-300s to three destinations in Hong Kong and China.
