Aviall Services has entered into an exclusive worldwide aftermarket distribution agreement with Rolls-Royce for unique spare parts of the RB211-524 aircraft engines. Aviall will assume these spare part distribution responsibilities to RB211-524 customers in the fourth quarter of 2010. The agreement extends for the life of the engine.
