AWAS has finalized the acquisition of two Boeing 737-800’s and one Airbus A330-200 passenger aircraft from another lessor. The two 737’s are already on long-term leases to current AWAS customer Garuda Indonesia, and the widebody Airbus A330-200 is on lease to Qantas.

Lufthansa signed a contract for the purchase of five additional EMBRAER 195 (E195) jets. The aircraft will be operated by Verona-based Air Dolomiti, Lufthansa’s regional partner in Italy.
