Bombardier has confirmed the conclusion of the sale of its flight and technical training activities to CAE, for an enterprise value of CA$645 million. Aircraft operating lessor Aviation Capital Group (ACG), has received an additional US$200 million investment from its minority shareholder, Tokyo Century Corporation.
