Ryanair released that February 2012 traffic decreased 2% compared to the previous year, while the load factor was 76%, the same as in February 2011.

Norwegian’s traffic in February 2012 increased 25% compared to February 2011, while capacity increased 21%. The load factor was up 2.2 points to 78%.

American Eagle reported a February traffic increase of 18.9% year-over-year as capacity increased 14%. February load factor was 70.2%, an increase of 2.9 points compared to the same period last year.

For the month of February, Air Canada reported a system load factor of 76.8%, versus 75.9% in February 2011, an increase of 0.9 percentage points. System traffic increased 6.5% on a system-wide capacity increase of 5.3%.

US Airways Group reported February 2012 traffic increase of 7.9% versus February 2011. Mainline capacity was up 5.8% versus February 2011, mainline load factor was a record 78.3% for the month of February, up 1.5 points versus February 2011.

Porter Airlines had a record February load factor of 56.1%, 5.5 points higher than the previous year.  Capacity increased 36.8% compared to the prior year, while traffic grew 51.7% compared to February 2011.

WestJet announced February traffic results with a load factor of 82.7%. Traffic increased 9.9% year over year, and capacity grew 10.9% over the same period.

The SAS Group reported a 1% capacity decrease for Januar 2011, while SAS Group’s traffic  increased by 0.4%. The load factor increased by 1.0 point to 64.9%.

Ryanair reported that January 2012 traffic decreased 6% compared to the previous year while the load factor for the month was stable at 71%.

Norwegian reported January 2012 traffic increase of 17%, while capacity increased by 13%.  The load factor was 76%, up 3 points compared to the same period in 2011.
