SAS Group's September 2011 traffic figures
SAS Group’s traffic increased by 5.4% during September and capacity increased 5% compared to the same period in 2010. The passenger load factor increased by 0.3 pts in September to 74.6%.

In September 2011 IAG Group traffic rose by 4.3% versus September 2010, while capacity was up 4.2%. The load factor for the month was up 0.1 pt to 82.8%.
Finnair traffic rose by approximately 12% as the overall capacity grew by 14.7% compared with September 2010. Finnair’s load factor for the month was down 1.9 pts to 73.1%.
Ryanair released that traffic in September 2011 grew 6% compared to the same month in 2010 and the load factor was down 1 pt to 85%.
American Eagle reported a September traffic increase of 9.2% year over year as capacity increased 7.8%. September load factor was 72.6%, an increase of 0.9 points compared to the same period last year.
American Airlines reported a September load factor of 81.4%, an increase of 1.3 points versus the same period last year. Traffic increased 1.9% on a capacity increase of 0.3%Â year-over-year.
Delta Air Lines reported traffic results for September 2011. Â System load factor was 83.6%, 1.1 points higher than the prior year, on a 2.2%Â decrease in capacity. Â System traffic decreased 0.9%.
Frontier Airlines’ traffic increased 2% in September 2011 while capacity was down 2% compared to the same period in 2010. September had a load factor of 86% compared to 83% in the same month last year.
Republic Airways Holdings released preliminary passenger traffic results for September 2011. Traffic for the month decreased 2% compared to the same month last year, while capacity was down 3%. Consolidated load factor was 80% in September of 2011 versus 79% in the same month last year.
US Airways Group announced September 2011 traffic results. Mainline traffic for the month was down 0.9% versus September 2010, mainline capacity was down 2.7% versus September 2010. Mainline passenger load factor was a record 83.6% for the month of September, up 1.5 points versus September 2010.
