Low-cost airline Wizz Air reported passenger statistics for May 2015 with traffic increase of 18% and capacity increase of 20% when compared to the same month in 2014. The load factor was up 1.6 points to 89%.
WestJet announced May 2015 traffic results with a load factor of 77.2%, down 1.8 points, when compared to the same month in 2014. Traffic increased 6.6% year-over-year and capacity grew 9.1% over the same period.
Delta Air Lines reported system traffic increased 2.7% compared to the same period in 2014, while system capacity increased 4.0%. System load factor for the month of May 2015 was down 1.1 points, to 85.4%.

With more than 5 million passenger served in April 2015, Frankfurt Airport (FRA) saw the busiest April month in its history. For the month of April 2015, Copa Holdings’ system-wide passenger traffic increased 1.6% year over year, while capacity increased 7.0%. As a result, system load factor for April 2015 was 72.7%, a 3.9 point decrease when compared to April 2014.
