Delta Air Lines announced an order for 100 Next-Generation 737-900ER (extended range) airplanes. The order, with a list-price value of more than $8.5 billion, is part of Delta’s fleet renewal effort to replace its less efficient domestic airplanes. EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING has received the fourth aircraft of the Russian Carrier Aerovista. The B737-500 aircraft was towed to the hangar to conduct heavy check. China Eastern to introduce first 737 with Boeing Sky Interior

China Eastern Airlines took delivery of its first Next-Generation 737-700 outfitted with both the High-Altitude/High-Temperature Airport Operations Feature Package and the new Boeing Sky Interior from Boeing. China Eastern will operate the aircraft at the high altitude airports in western China.
