GA Telesis announced its asset transactions for the fourth quarter of 2014. The company added the following assets to its portfolio: seven CFM56-5A1/F engines, three Boeing 747-400 aircraft, three Airbus A321-100 aircraft, one Airbus A340-300 on lease, one CFM56-5B4/P engine, one V2527-A5 engine, and one PW4158 engine. Intrepid Aviation delivered one new Airbus A330-300 to Cebu Pacific Air. The aircraft is powered by Rolls Royce Trent 772B engines and is subject to a long-term lease to the Philippines based airline. This aircraft marks the second A330-300 delivery on lease to Cebu from Intrepid Aviation.

Turkish Airlines has signed a firm order for the purchase of four A330-200F freighter aircraft. Cathay Pacific Airways announced that AerFin has been selected to provide an end-of-life solution for the fleet of 11 A340-300 aircraft operated by the Hong Kong-based carrier.
