Nordic Aviation Capital confirmed that it has sold one ATR 72-212, MSN 349 to Hawaii Island Air. Nordic Aviation Capital A/S is a global aircraft leasing company dedicated to the worldwide sale, purchasing and financing of commercial jet and turboprop aircraft.

Adria Airways has just completed the sale of one of their CRJ-200s to the Kazakhstan airline, SCAT Air Company of Shykment, Kazakhstan. The 2005-vintage aircraft, serial number 8010, is powered by General Electric CF34-3B1 engines. The deal was arranged by Cabot Aviation.

OHI Group took delivery of three AW139 helicopters equipped for offshore transportation on August 8th, 2013 at the AgustaWestland Philadelphia factory in the USA. The aircraft are now being self ferried from Philadelphia to Brazil where they will enter service later this month. This latest delivery brings the total number of AW139 helicopters in service

Boeing delivered the first 787 Dreamliner to Mexico City-based Aeromexico. The airplane is the first of nine 787-8 airplanes that Aeromexico will operate, including five on lease from ILFC. The airline will operate a total of 19 Dreamliners, including 10 787-9 models ordered last year.

International Airlines Group (IAG) has secured firm orders and options for up to 220 Airbus A320 family shorthaul aircraft – up to 120 of these for its subsidiary Vueling. The new aircraft will enable the Barcelona-based airline to replace some of its existing A320 fleet and expand its business. The Vueling agreement comprises 62 firm

AWAS has entered into an agreement with Sunwing Airlines to place a second new 737-800 aircraft on long term lease with the airline. This aircraft will come from AWAS’ existing new order pipeline. Sunwing Airlines is a Canadian high frills, low cost airline.

SAS has finalized the delivery stream of 12 MD82/83/87 aircraft (49383, 49605, 49606, 49607, 49609, 49611, 49642, 53010, 53011, 53165, 53337 and 53340) as well as 12 spare JT8D-217C/219 engines to Allegiant Air and its subsidiaries. The sale was agreed to in April 2011 and the deliveries have matched SAS’ continued phase-out of its MD80

GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) announced delivery of five leased Airbus A320s to National Air Services Company (NAS Holding) to expand its nasair airline’s fleet. nasair operates a fleet of 22 aircraft to 24 domestic and international destinations.
