FPG Amentum, the Dublin-based aircraft leasing / management company, has sold four Embraer E190-100s (MSNs 19000250, 19000279, 19000322 and 19000326). The aircraft were sold on behalf of FPG Amentum’s investor customer Global Aircraft Fund I. They were acquired by an entity managed by Falko Regional Aircraft Limited and are on lease to KLM Cityhopper B.V.

EL AL Israel Airlines took delivery of the carrier’s first Boeing 787 Dreamliner on August 23. EL AL leased the airplane through an agreement with Air Lease Corporation. The 787-9 touched down in Tel Aviv following a nonstop, 6,746 mile (10,856 km.) delivery flight from Paine Field, adjacent to Boeing’s factory in Everett, Wash.

The Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 TEN, which will power all variants of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, has been granted full flight certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). This important milestone comes as the first set of passenger engines are delivered to the Boeing facilities in Seattle, ready for entry into service later this year.
