Air Lease Corporation announced a long term lease agreement with KLM for a new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which is scheduled for delivery in March 2015. Additionally, ALC and KLM reached agreement on lease extensions for three 737-800s and one 777-200ER, currently operating in the KLM fleet.

RwandAir places firm order for dual-class Bombardier Q400 NextGen Airliner

Bombardier Aerospace and RwandAir of Kigali, Rwanda have signed a firm purchase agreement for one Q400 NextGen turboprop airliner. GECAS signs purchase and leaseback transaction with Spirit Airlines for six new Airbus A320s

GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) has signed a purchase and leaseback transaction with Spirit Airlines for six new Airbus A320 aircraft to expand the carrier’s fleet. GECAS delivered the first aircraft to Spirit in March. The remainder deliver in 2013 with all six aircraft coming from Spirit’s existing order book with Airbus.

First of two AW101 VVIP helicopters delivered to Turkmenistan

AgustaWestland reported the delivery of the first AW101 VVIP helicopter to Turkmenistan Airlines.
