Bristol Associates (Washington, DC) completed the sale of 1997 vintage B777-222ER (Msn 26943; Reg # N790UA) on behalf of the Seller, U.S. Bank Trust NA, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee, to T7 Aviation Leasing (Nevada) as Buyer. The aircraft will be operated by Omni Air International (Tulsa, OK).

Rolls-Royce has won its first order from Taiwanese airline TransAsia Airways. The airline has selected Trent 700 engines and TotalCare long-term service support worth a total of $150 million. The engines will power two Airbus A330 aircraft to be delivered in 2012/2013.

The Russian air carrier UTair has taken delivery of its first ATR 72-500 aircraft, which is also the first one of this type to be operating in Russia. UTair and ATR recently announced an order for 20 aircraft, estimated at $ 426 million. The remaining ATR 72-500 aircraft will be delivered in 2011 and 2012.

Sikorsky Aircraft has delivered three VVIP S-92 helicopters to the Royal Thai Air Force, introducing the first high-end LifePort medical system into an S-92 aircraft. Sikorsky helicopters have been in use by Thailand military forces since 1996 including those being flown by the Royal Thai Navy, which flies SEAHAWK helicopters and S-76 helicopters. In addition,

Lufthansa Cargo and Boeing have finalized an order for five Boeing 777 Freighters. The order is valued at $1.35 billion, based on Boeing list prices. The airplanes will help Lufthansa Cargo in its initiative to modernize and expand its fleet. Lufthansa Cargo previously indicated its intention to order the freighters in March 2011.

Bombardier Aerospace has delivered a Challenger 605 aircraft to Mr. Ahmed Al Jarallah, based in Kuwait City, State of Kuwait. This aircraft will be operated by Gulf Wings and is the fourth Challenger aircraft in their fleet.
