Azerbaijan Airlines selects CF6 engines to power 767 Aircraft

Azerbaijan Airlines has selected GE’s CF6-80C2 engines to power its two new Boeing 767-300ER aircraft. The engine order is valued at $40 million list price. Delivery will begin in 2010. Continental plans first biofuel-powered demonstration flight

Continental Airlines announced plans for the first biofuel-powered demonstration flight of a U.S. commercial airliner, to be conducted in Houston on Jan. 7, 2009.
