Azerbaijan Airlines selects CF6 engines to power 767 Aircraft

Azerbaijan Airlines has selected GE’s CF6-80C2 engines to power its two new Boeing 767-300ER aircraft. The engine order is valued at $40 million list price. Delivery will begin in 2010. Based in Baku, Azerbaijan Airlines operates CFM56-5* engines for its Airbus A320 fleet and has four CFM56-7B-powered Boeing 737-900 and two GEnx-powered Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft on order.
