Barnes Group (Barnes), a global provider of highly engineered products, differentiated industrial technologies and innovative solutions, and Apollo, the global alternative asset manager, have announced the completion of the previously disclosed acquisition of Barnes by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo (Apollo Funds).
