Avcorp Industries announced results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. Revenue for the quarter increased by 16% to $30,894,000 when compared to the third quarter of last year. Czech Airlines more than doubled its profit in the first three quarters to $22.051 million (profit before tax). This is a year-on-year increase of $12.207 million. Iberia’s third-quarter results showed net earnings of 30.4 million euros in the quarter, despite rising fuel costs and weaker demand.
