JorAMCo and Italy’s "CAI First" signed an agreement whereby JorAMCo is to perform heavy maintenance services and intermediate checks on "CAI First" complete fleet consisting of 6 Embraer 170 Aircraft.

Piedmont Aviation Component Services, a subsidiary of TAT Technologies, has signed a five year APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) maintenance agreement with Austrian Airlines, covering Austrian’s Boeing 767 fleet GTCP-331-200 APU. The maintenance agreement for the GTCP-331-200 model is in addition to an existing contract between Austrian and Piedmont for the CRJ200 fleet GTCP36-150RJ APU.

Travel Service a.s., the biggest private airline in the Czech Republic, and Lufthansa Technik have extended the Total Engine Support TES contract that has been in place since 2007 to 2020. The airline currently operates 17 aircraft and plans to expand its fleet still further.Under the TES contract Lufthansa Technik will maintain the CFM56-7B engines

Air Mauritius signed an exclusive 6-year contract with AFI KLM E&M, covering its A319 and A340 nacelle component maintenance support. Air Mauritius is the flag carrier of the Republic of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. Founded in 1967, it currently operates a fleet comprising four A340-300s, two A340-300Es, two A330-200s, two A319-100s and two ATR72-500s.

JorAMCo and Air Arabia signed contract annexes for heavy maintenance services on seven A320 aircraft operated by Air Arabia. The service includes heavy C-checks, engine swaps, relevant SBs and Ads, modifications and upgrades. The signing of the contract took place during the MRO ME 2011 in Dubai. Senegal Airlines, the new African operator, has awarded a five year power-by-the-hour contact for its first two A319 aircraft to A J Walter Aviation. GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. and Delta TechOps have entered into a strategic MRO (maintenance) partnership agreement. As part of the five-year contract, which includes an additional five-year option, Delta TechOps will provide overhaul service for around 50% of GOL’s CFM56-7 engines and maintenance for parts and components on GOL’s fleet of Boeing 737NG aircraft.

StandardAero has signed an exclusive maintenance agreement with West Atlantic. This long-term contract covers over 80 Pratt & Whitney Canada PW126 and PW126A engines. The support agreement involves engine maintenance and field support, as well as technical expertise to facilitate the development of West Atlantic

Airbus has decided to raise the production rate for its A330 Family to ten aircraft a month from the second quarter of 2013. Currently Airbus turns out eight A330 Family aircraft each month.
