Cabot Aviation has hired Sebastian Taylor as Regional Sales Manager. Lockheed Martin selected Bill Brotherton as president and general manager of Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions that includes its San Antonio, Texas and Montreal, Canada facilities.
