Frontier’s load factor for November 2011 was flat at 88%. Traffic decreased 9%, on a 9% decrease in capacity compared to the same month in 2011.

Republic Airways Holdings reported preliminary passenger traffic results for November 2012. Traffic for the month of November was essentially the same as November of last year, on a 1% decrease in capacity. Consolidated load factor was 82% versus 81% in the same month last year.

Alaska reported a 9.4% increase in traffic on a 9.4% increase in capacity compared with November 2011. This resulted in a flat year-over-year load factor of 86.4%. Horizon reported an 8.1% increase in traffic on a 7.9% increase in capacity compared with November 2011. This resulted in a 0.5-point increase in load factor to 79.8%.

US Airways Group announced November and year-to-date 2012 traffic results. Mainline traffic was up 4.0% versus November 2011, while mainline capacity was up 2.5% versus November 2011. Mainline passenger load factor was a record 85.1% for the month of November, up 1.3 points versus November 2011.

WestJet released November 2012 traffic results with a load factor of 82.6%, up 5.0 points compared to the same period last year. Traffic increased 8.3% year over year, and capacity grew 1.7% over the same period.

Finnair traffic rose by 8.0% as the overall capacity grew 5.4% year‐on‐year. Passenger load factor improved by 1.8 points year‐on‐year and was 75.5%.

SAS Group carried 2.7m passengers in October, up 4.6%, capacity increased by 6.7% and the Group’s traffic increased by 5.4% compared to the same period in 2011. The SAS Group’s load factor declined 0.9 p.u. to 74.1%.

United Continental Holdings reported October 2012 combined operational results for its airline units. UAL’s consolidated traffic in October 2012 decreased 3.3% and consolidated capacity decreased 4.4% versus October 2011. UAL’s consolidated load factor in October 2012 increased 0.9 points to 82% compared to October 2011.

Ryanair released that traffic for the month of October 2012 increased 4% year over year while the load factor was down 2.0 points to 82% compared to the previous year.

International Airlines Group (IAG) reported that October 2012  Group traffic rose by 3.2% versus October 2011, Group capacity was up 2.7%, while the load factor for the month was up 0.4 points to 80.5%.
