River Hawk Aviation subsidiary adds aircraft to aviation management program

River Hawk Aviation has reached agreement with its aviation partner Aerologistics Investment Partners, LLC (Aerologistics), to provide aviation management services for a Cessna Citation II that it is acquiring. The management services are to be provided through Profile Aviation Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Cessna Citation II is a very popular corporate aircraft configured with seating for 8 passengers. The aircraft is expected to be placed under management on approximately February 1, 2008.
